This article explains how clients can add coworking memberships like WeWork All Access Plus memberships for their EOR employees, Deel HR direct employees, Global Payroll direct employees, and independent contractors.
Clients can add coworking access when creating a new contract, or add memberships for existing employees and contractors.

✅ Step 1 – When at the Extras step, click Add Coworking
✅ Step 2 – Confirm coworking space
Click Add to confirm the new coworking membership.
WeWork membership will be activated once the contract is active.
Clients will be charged $299 USD per employee/contractor per month for the WeWork All Access Plus membership. The price will not be prorated.
Add Coworking Membership to an Existing Contract
✅ Step 1 – Open contract
Select the People icon on the homepage, and from the All People tab click on a worker's name to open a contract.
✅ Step 2 – Add Coworking space
Select the Coworking tab and click Add Coworking
✅ Step 3 – Confirm coworking space
Click Add to confirm the coworking membership to be added.

For signed contracts which start in the future, the WeWork invitation will be sent on the employee’s first day so clients won't need to pay for months when the contract is not active
Manage Coworking Memberships
Clients can review, add, and remove coworking memberships from Deel's Coworking page.
✅ Step 1 – From the homepage select the Hub icon and click the Services tab
✅ Step 2 – Select the Coworking card
From here, clients can review the list of currently active coworking memberships.
Select the Subscription Name to see the details of each membership and remove them if needed.
Use the Add Coworking option to add a membership to any worker contract.
How to Remove a Coworking Membership
✅ Step 1 – Open contract
Select the People icon on the homepage, and from the All People tab click on a worker's name to open a contract.
✅ Step 2 – Remove coworking membership
Select the (1) Coworking tab and click the (2) blue garbage bin beside the membership to be removed.
Click Yes, Remove on the pop-up to confirm the cancellation.

What is the price for a WeWork All Access Plus membership?
It costs $299 USD per EOR employee or contractor per month. The pricing will not be prorated.
There may be additional incidental charges, which can include printing services and key replacement fees.

How is the WeWork pass activated?
The employee/contractor can collect the card upon their first visit.
What does a WeWork All Access Plus membership include?
The services include:
- Use of daily workspaces, subject to availability and upon prior reservation of daily workspaces through the WeWork Member Network
- Daily desks located in the common areas
- Access and use of common areas
- Access to, and use of, the WeWork Member Network site in accordance with the WeWork Member Network ToS.
- Access to, and use of, the shared Internet connection in accordance with the WeWork Data Connection Internet Access ToS.
- Use of printers, copiers and/or scanners available to all WeWork All-Access members and member companies, in accordance with credit requirements
- Use of private phone booths
- Front desk assistance during Regular Business Hours.
- Use of kitchens and beverages made available therein.
- Opportunity to participate in members-only events, benefits and promotions.
When can an employee or contractor access the WeWork location?
The Services at WeWork premises will only be available to All Access Members during the specified hours on the WeWork Member Network. Hours may be limited to the Regular Business Hours of that particular location.
“Regular Business Hours” are generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Regular Business Days.
“Regular Business Days” are weekdays, except local bank and/or government holidays.
What is not allowed with the WeWork pass?
All Access Members are not permitted to use the address of a WeWork location for mail and package delivery. WeWork is not liable in connection with any mail or packages delivered to an All Access Member at one of the premises.
The WeWork All Access Membership is to be used only by the employee or contractor that is named on the membership pass, and not by any other person.
Who can cancel the WeWork membership?
Only the client can cancel the WeWork pass, not the EOR employee or contractor.
