Eager to showcase your new integration app on the Deel App Store? Great news, you can now directly submit a request with detailed information about your app and track it's review status. Once we give it the thumbs up, it'll be live (under App Store) for everyone to explore.

To have your integrations app displayed on the Deel App Store, follow these instructions:

✅ Step 1 - Publish to App Store

Navigate to Apps & Automation → App Store.

In the left sidebar, select Apps & Automation to expand its submenu.

Select App Store in the expanded submenu.

If the Welcome to your Deel Apps & Integrations dialog appears, select I’ll do that later or select X to close it.

On the Apps overview page, find the Looking for Developer Center? card near the bottom of the left-side panel and select Go to Developer Center.

In Developer, select Apps. Find the app you want to publish, select its … menu, and then select Publish On App Store.

✅ Step 2 - Complete the Listing Form

A form will be loaded that takes the necessary details needed to publish this App. The form is divided into four primary sections:

✅ Step 1 - App Store Card Details

• The App's name is pre-filled and cannot be edited within this form.
• Upload a logo in .png format and under 1 MB.
• Write a concise company description that will be displayed at the top of the app's detail page.
• Select relevant categories to help users filter app listings.

✅ Step 2 - App Store Page Details

• Write an extended description that elaborates on your product or service.
• Detail the app's distinct features and value proposition. Start with a brief overview, followed by bullet points highlighting individual features.
• Provide a link to your landing page, which will be the primary reference from Deel to your platform.

✅ Step 3 - Help Information

• Provide a link to a help article containing detailed, image-supported, step-by-step setup instructions.
• Add a secondary link to in-depth setup instructions that match the content in the help article.
• Provide a dedicated support email for customers who need help with the integration.

✅ Step 4 - Material for Deel

• Provide a public video link hosted on Loom, YouTube, or Google Drive. The video must be 5 minutes or less and cover an introduction, setup with Deel, app functionality, post-connection actions, and how Deel data is used.
• Add an escalation email for direct communication between Deel and your organization. This email will not be disclosed to customers.
• Provide testing credentials, relevant technical documentation, and click the Submit button to complete the process.

After successfully submitting the form, the App Store status of an app will change to Under Review.
