EOR employees and Independent contractors can edit their residential addresses on the platform. 

Please note Global Payroll employees cannot edit their address on the platform. If you are a direct employee and you need to change your address, please contact us 24/7 via our Live Chat.

How to Change Address:

✅ Step 1 – Click your avatar and select (1) Profile Settings

✅ Step 2 – Select the upper Personal tab

✅ Step 3 – Click the (2) blue pencil icon to edit your address

EOR employees can only update their address to a new address in the same state and/or country.

Please note Google Maps address validation will be required to ensure the address is correct.
