Terminations and resignations for EOR, IC and GP employees can be managed and reviewed using Deel’s Offboarding Tracker.
Go to the Tracker tab on your Dashboard. Select the Offboarding Tab at the top.
An employee’s offboarding may be triggered automatically based on the end date of the contract or entered manually as a termination.
When HRIS automatically triggers an employee’s offboarding, the client is required to submit additional details and confirm before termination can proceed. Locate the offboarding employee in the tracker and select Submit Termination Details to complete the process.

When the status for an offboarding GP employee is set to “Action Required”, this means that an HRIS integration has initiated their termination. The client needs to confirm it on the Deel platform in order for the termination to proceed.
