How to update the contract details

Select Contracts from the expanded Profile menu to open your employee contract.
If the page is still loading, wait until the contract content is displayed.

On the contract page, select the Contract details tab.
Confirm that Contract details is shown as the active tab.
Review sections such as Agreement details, Compensation details, Agreement and signatures, and Additional details. The sections and values available depend on your contract.

Locate the section that contains the detail you need to change and select Edit.
For direct employees, scroll to the Additional details section on the Contract Overview and select the Edit button in that section.
Do not use an Edit button in a nearby section, such as supplementary profile information.
The Additional details section may display existing information or a message that no additional details were entered. Either state can still allow you to open the form.

On the Edit employment details page, update the available fields, such as legal name, date of birth, legal gender, marital status, employee identification details, or alternative email address.
Available fields vary by contract and applicable requirements.
Confirm that the page heading reads Edit employment details and that the review-and-approval notice is displayed.

Note: Employment-detail updates require review and approval before they are applied.

Upload any supporting documents required for your request, such as updated tax documents for a tax code change.
Click Submit to send the request for review.
