Deel IT supports the delivery of equipment, accessories, and (where available) furniture in 120+ countries through the Deel platform. Fulfillment is powered by three centralized Deel hubs:
- UK: London
- EU: Amsterdam
- US: Houston
In addition to our hubs, we partner with local in-country providers to support global coverage. Delivery availability and timelines vary by destination due to local logistics and customs requirements. In general, each country is treated as its own customs destination, with the exception of the EU + EEA, which operates as a single region for cross-border fulfillment.

Express Shipping
If you need equipment delivered as quickly as possible, express shipping may be available.
- Express shipping is available only within the UK/EU/US regions.
- Price: $105 USD (or equivalent based on current exchange rates).
- If it is less than 10 working days before a worker’s start date, we recommend enabling express shipping during the equipment order. From the main Manager Dashboard, you can also review upcoming new joiners and see how many working days are left to place an order.
