This article explains how clients can create orders for their workers in Deel IT.
The Orders tab provides full visibility into clients’ organization's orders, allowing them to track their status in real time.
By default, the tab displays a list of all orders, with the option to filter by country and status:
- Processing: The order has been successfully created.
- Ready to Ship: The order is prepared and ready in the warehouse.
- Shipped: The order is with the courier and on its way.
- Completed: The order has been delivered.
- Canceled: The order has been canceled.
Creating Orders in Deel IT
✅ Step 1 - From the Deel homepage, click on the IT icon and select the Orders tab.
✅ Step 2 - Click on the Create New Order button to start the order creation process.
In the popup modal, select the worker the order is being made for.
✅ Step 3 - The Create Order page will display a list of available devices for the selected worker’s country, along with their prices and availability (for purchase or rent).
Use the View Options button on each device to see more details and configure the device to your preferences.
The payment breakdown will be shown right before the Add to Basket button.
✅ Step 4 - Review the basket and confirm the order.
Clear the basket, delete items or view the total price, and use the Checkout Now button to proceed to the final review page.
On the checkout page, review or edit delivery details like the shipping address and delivery fee. It will also be displayed if the worker's assigned budget has been exceeded.
Once everything is set, click the Place Order button to complete the process.

The country multiplier adjusts prices based on the country selected. Prices are listed in USD, so depending on the country, the multiplier converts the cost accordingly.
