Before you begin
To successfully activate the Deel Expense card ensure that your employer has enabled Expense cards on your organization on Deel.

Step 1. Activate your Expense card
1. Go to Finance > Expense Card.
2. Click Request Card.
3. Submit Proof of Address and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Step 2. Make purchases with your card
Use your virtual card for business-related expenses.
Step 3. Track your expenses and submit receipts
1. Go to Expense Card tab to review purchases.
3. Upload receipts and submit your expense.

No, the Deel Expense Card is strictly for business-related purchases. Employers review submitted expenses for approval, and any unapproved expenses may be deducted from payroll.

Transactions will be declined if they exceed your allocated balance. You can request additional funds from your employer if needed.

If you’re unable to add the card, this restriction is likely due to regional limitations set by Apple, Google, or the issuing bank. This feature will be added soon!
