Deel IT HRIS implementation

By integrating with your HR system, Deel IT can automate and trigger key IT processes based on employee events such as hiring, role change, or departure.

• Automatically order laptops, assign email accounts, and provision software licenses when a new hire is added in your HRIS.

• Revoke system access and schedule device returns when someone exits the organization.

• Maintain real-time visibility into assigned and available devices across the workforce.

• Push role-based access policies to your MDM (Mobile Device Management), endpoint protection tools, or SaaS license managers.

Worker syncing in Deel IT

Deel IT syncs worker data from your HR system (or from Deel, if used as your HRIS) to ensure IT workflows stay aligned with real-time workforce changes.

All worker types, including Persons Without a Contract (PWACs) such as freelancers, interns, and vendors are included in this sync to ensure:

• Inclusive provisioning (no worker left untracked)

• Full automation coverage across contract types

If a PWAC is added to Deel, their data will be synced to your HRIS (if integrated), enabling provisioning or access controls just like any other worker.
