✅ Step 1 – Navigate to Analytics section
Navigate to More → Analytics → Reports
✅ Step 2 – Select 401K Report
The 401k report displays all entities with completed payroll cycles. Use the available filters to narrow down data by employee type, entity, or cycle period to refine your results.
Click Download CSV to export the same data displayed on screen.
What’s included in the 401K report
The report provides both entity-level and employee-level data to ensure compliance-ready reporting.
Columns available:
Entity, Payroll Group, Contract OiD, Worker ID, Worker Type
Employee details: Stats, Group, Department, First/Middle/Last Name, Work Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth, SSN, Gender, City, State, ZIP Code, Job Title
Contract details: Start Date, End Date, Hours Worked, Gross Pay
401K data: EE 401K contribution (%), Roth 401K contribution, Loan 401K payment, ER match 401K, Employer contribution

No. The report only displays data for completed payroll cycles.
