Frequently Asked Questions
[ACCORDION]Do I need to take any action right now?
No immediate action is required. Just wait for your Deel invitation email. Once you receive it, follow the link, create your account, and review your information after logging in.
[ACCORDION] Will my salary, rate, or payment date change?
No. Everything stays the same - you’ll continue to be paid on your regular schedule and in your usual currency.
[ACCORDION] Will my benefits or local protections change?
Your existing benefits continue without interruption.
The migration of benefits data and configurations will take place after October, so you might not see your benefit details immediately in Deel.
Once the migration is complete, you’ll be able to view and manage your benefits directly in your Deel profile.
[ACCORDION] Do I need to re-upload expenses or time off?
If you have already submitted changes to Omnipresent prior to today, we will ensure those are being considered for your upcoming payroll. Please ensure that from today onwards, Deel becomes your go-to place for submissions.
[ACCORDION] When will my historical data and documents appear in Deel?
Your historical employment data and documents - such as employment agreements, and invoices - will be migrated to Deel gradually during October.
You may not see all past files immediately when you first log in, but everything will appear in your Deel account once the migration is complete.
If you need a specific document urgently and it isn’t visible yet, please reach out to Deel Support.
[ACCORDION] What about my time-off history?
If your time-off data was not previously tracked in Omnipresent, it will not appear automatically in Deel.
You or your company admin can manually add your historical time-off balances in Deel once your account is active. Going forward, you’ll be able to request and track all new time off directly in Deel.
