Click the Help icon
Locate the question-mark (?) icon in the top-right corner of the Deel dashboard header and click it.

Select “Ask for help”
In the dropdown menu, click Ask for help under the “Reach out” section. -
Click “New chat”
On the support page, click the New chat button in the bottom-left corner. -
Verify chat window appears
A chat window opens with a greeting (e.g., “Hello, how can we help?”). Type your message in the Start a new chat box to begin speaking with a support agent
Book a Call
Many users can schedule a call with a Deel HR expert.
- Click the ? icon and select Ask for help.
- Click Calls → Book a call.
- Choose an available date and time, add details about your topic, and confirm.
A calendar invitation with a meeting link will be sent to your email.
