Log in here. Once logged in, you’ll have access to multiple support options directly from your Deel Communication Center and start a new chat.
To open a chat in the Communication Center:
- Log in to the Deel platform.
- Click the Help icon (?) in the top-right corner.
- Select Communication Center from the dropdown.
- At the bottom of the left sidebar, click Start a new chat
- Type your question to get started
Note for Clients: Please note that cases initiated internally by Deel teams or your CSM on your behalf will not automatically appear in your customer portal. To ensure full visibility and tracking, simply log in and start a new chat or follow the steps above.
