Deel automatically sends our clients notifications about important events. For example, when an invoice is ready to pay, submitting a time off request, notice that a contractor submitted work, etc.
Clients can choose what kind of email notifications they receive from Deel.
Notifications are set at the individual level, and clients select their preferred method.
Please note that while a client can opt out of notifications, at least one group member needs to have notifications turned on.
Manage Notifications From Profile Settings
✅ Step 1 – Click on the avatar and select Profile settings from the dropdown menu
✅ Step 2 – Select the Notifications tab
✅ Step 3 – Select the notification preferences
Clients can adjust these preferences by clicking each notification category.
Toggle on to receive notifications and off to stop receiving them.
Clients can choose to receive notifications individually or as a daily summary, delivered at a preferred time. When selecting the Consolidated, as a daily summary option, clients can choose the delivery time.
Receive notifications of Integration Issues
Deel will send out notifications of integration sync issues. Specify an organization manager (or as many emails as needed) email to receive these notifications.
To do this:
✅ Step 1 - Go into the desired integration and click on the inverted ellipsis (three dots) next to the Sync Integration button.
✅Step 2 - Select Email notifications settings from the list of options.
✅Step 3 - In the Email notifications settings drawer, click on the Add button to add an email notifications list.

The email dark mode relies on the user's browser preference. To switch on or off the Deel App dark mode, click on the profile picture and choose from the Theme Selection.
