If you are a US employee, you may choose to be paid in crypto through our partnership with Coinbase. Once set up, Coinbase will automatically convert your paycheck from US dollars to crypto with no transaction fees. You can set up direct deposit in just a few steps.
To set up crypto payroll head to Coinbase, and select direct deposit in the settings menu, follow the instructions to generate a unique crypto payroll account number and routing number. Once you have generated your unique Coinbase account number and routing number, add the details to Deel in your bank detail settings here.
Please note crypto payroll is currently only available to US employees. More countries will be added soon.
