Clients can make certain changes to the Employment Agreement to fit their needs, a process known as 'redlining'.
This article shows how clients can create a custom Google Docs template and add comments to submit changes to employee agreements.
You can request these changes to the Employee Agreement on the Deel platform which will be reviewed and drafted by our internal group.
Submit a change request
✅ Step 1 – Open an EOR employee overview page
Select the (1) People Icon on the home page and (2) click on All People Tab.
Select the EOR employee from the list.
✅ Step 2 – Request Changes
On the Employee's profile select View Agreement and then Click Request Changes to request a custom amendment or update to the employee's EOR agreement.

✅ Step 3 – Select Refining Employee Agreement
Once the quote is accepted, select “Request Changes” in the “Change Requests” Section.
If quote is not accepted, simply proceed to refine the Employee Agreement page.
Select “Refining the language of the employee agreement”
✅ Step 4 – Custom contract change request
Expand the Custom contract change requests tab and click on Create Document. The client can also add people from their organization as participants who can comment and suggest access to the redlines Google document template.
✅ Step 5 - Modify Employee Agreement details and Review the changes
The client can now add comments as suggested changes to the employee agreement. Review the change request and Submit
