This article guides clients on setting up employment verification letters for their workers.
Employment verification letters help your contracts prove their income, contracting status, and job title for personal purposes.
✅ Step 1 – Click on the Organization Settings icon and select Contract Settings option
Select the Organization settings cog in the top-right corner of Deel.
In the All Settings panel, under Human Resources, select Settings to expand its sub-items.

Select Contract. The Contract settings page opens.

Tip: If Contract is not visible, scroll within the left settings navigation. The menu item is named Contract, while its destination page is titled Contract settings.
✅ Step 2 – Edit the worker verification letter details
Confirm that the Contract documents tab is selected. It is selected by default when Contract settings opens.
Locate the Worker verification letter panel on the right side of the page. If it is not visible, scroll down in the main Contract settings content area.
Review the available settings, including Allow workers to download verification letters, the configured signatory details, and the Verification letter model link.

✅ Step 3 – Enter the Verification letter signatory details
In the Worker verification letter panel, select Edit.

In the Edit verification letter dialog, enter or update the following information:
- Signature full name
- Signature job title
- HR email address
Select Update to save your changes.

Note: Verification letters use the contract creator’s details unless you provide signatory values in this dialog. Select Cancel or the X to close the dialog without saving changes.
