With Offer Through Deel, clients can now create and send offers seamlessly, ensuring a smoother and more efficient hiring process. This helps the clients to quickly generate and customize offer letters and kickstart onboarding with ease.

How to Create and Send an Offer
✅ Step 1 - Create a New Contract or Open an Existing draft quote
From Contracts, start a new contract as usual, or open an existing draft quote.
To learn how to create a new contract, refer to How to Create an Employer of Record (EOR) Contract.
✅ Step 2 - Opt in to Send an Offer letter
On the Quote results page, click on Opt in to prepare and send an offer letter. Once you accept the quote, you’ll proceed to offer letter setup.
✅ Step 3 - Review and customize offer details
In the Offer details, you can choose what appears for the candidate. Items on by default are pre-checked.
Please note that the changes in the offer letter update the contract record as well.

Please note that country requirements can affect what's displayed in the offer letter.
✅ Step 4 - Preview and send the offer
Click Preview to verify the candidate-facing view. Enter the candidate's email to send the offer.
Please ensure that the offer is consistent with the quote. What you hide in the offer will not be removed from the underlying contract; it only affects the candidate’s view.
Once you send the offer, the candidate receives :
Email notification: The candidate receives an email with a secure link to the offer.
No account required to view: Candidates can view the offer without signing up.

Candidates can:
Accept to proceed the offer.
Return the offer.
After acceptance, the candidate can start onboarding immediately. You’ll also receive an in-app and email notification.
How to Manage and Track the offer status
You can access offers from the Onboarding tracker and the contract’s Quote results page.
✅ Step 1 - Navigate to the Onboarding Tracker
Navigate to the People Icon and select the Tracker tab.
In the tracker page, click on the Onboarding tab and select the applicable worker.
✅ Step 2 - Manage the Offer
Depending on the status of the offer, the clients can:

If the Offer is in draft state and has not yet been sent to the candidate, the clients can:
Resume editing or Send offer
Cancel offer

If the Offer is awaiting the candidate's response, clients can :
Cancel offer

If the Offer is returned by the candidate or the candidate didn’t respond before the expiry date, the clients can:
Amend and resend the offer (edit the contract/quote first if needed)
Or Cancel offer

If the Offer is accepted by the candidate, then
No action needed from the client's end. The candidate will continue with their onboarding.
How to Cancel an Offer
You can cancel an offer from Onboarding Tracker. Please note that cancelling an offer also cancels the associated contract, which means that you’ll need to request a new quote to continue hiring.
✅ Step 1 - Navigate to the Onboarding Tracker
Navigate to the People Icon and select the Tracker tab.
In the tracker page, click on the Onboarding tab and select the applicable worker.
✅ Step 2 - Cancel the Offer
You will be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. If the offer is cancelled when

The offer is still Draft:
Contract moves to Canceled; it disappears from the onboarding tracker.
No change on the candidate side.

The offer was sent:
Contract moves to Canceled and is no longer accessible from the onboarding tracker.
The candidate receives a notification that the offer was canceled.
You can access the contract page of the candidate from the People list. This contract page for the candidate, post offer cancellation, will show the quote without the acceptance module, indicating it’s canceled.

Yes. Viewing and responding to an offer letter does not require sign-up.
[ACCORDION] What happens after a candidate accepts?
Once the candidate accepts the offer, they can start onboarding immediately, and you’ll be notified.

In the Onboarding tracker and on the contract’s Quote results page, both show status and available actions.
[ACCORDION] What happens if an offer expires?
If the candidate didn’t respond before the expiry date, the offer letter expires. You can now send a new offer or cancel the expired offer in the onboarding tracker.

Yes, choose Invite later if you don’t want to send an offer now.
