Clients who hire direct employees under the Global Payroll model should know that Deel will account for all mandatory benefits as part of payroll processing.
The specific mandatory benefits will vary by country; for example, if an employee is located in a country where pension plan contributions are required, then we will include this contribution in the payroll report, and account for any taxes and charges.
As part of our managed payroll service, we will also enroll the direct employees in the client company's social security policy, or local equivalent.
You can offer your employees any additional benefits package that you wish, from any benefits provider you choose. You will simply need to add this as an adjustment type on your payroll report.
