If the employee has not received information concerning benefits from Deel, they are advised to speak to their Company directly about whether or not they may be offering and managing certain benefit packages independently.
If the employee's Company has elected to offer benefits through Deel, they will receive information for their enrollment directly on the Deel Platform under the Benefits icon.
Employee benefits include all legally required benefits, as well as any additional benefits their employer chooses to provide. For details about benefits packages, the employees should speak with their Company.
