We understand the importance of working without the interruption caused by IT issues. That’s why loaner laptops are offered as part of our new Standard & Loaner Global Hardware Support package and are included in our traditional bundled equipment contracts.

If a team member's laptop requires repair, we will provide a temporary laptop (which is a subject to availability and may be a used laptop not ), so they can continue to work with minimal possible disruptions.
Loaner laptops are provided at no additional cost to your organisation as part of our Standard + Loaner Global Hardware Support package.
[ACCORDION] Can team members keep their loaner laptop?
Loaner laptops are intended for temporary use, so we will always collect the loaner laptop once the repair of the original device has been completed.
[ACCORDION] How long does it take for a loaner laptop to be shipped?
We understand the urgency of getting a working laptop to a team member whose original device isn't working. We aim to expedite and ship loaner laptops within 1 working day in the UK, USA, and the EU. In all other regions, we will ship it as soon as possible (we aim within 2 working days) depending on our local partners.
A delivery ETA will be provided once shipped. Please note that in some regions, we are unable to provide tracking information.
[ACCORDION] How can I request a loaner laptop?
If Deel IT has initiated a repair for your laptop (or one of your team members' laptops), we will send a loaner laptop by default whilst keeping your IT managers informed.
Please note we offer loaner laptops globally, however there may be regions where we are unable to offer these and instead, we will dispatch a replacement laptop. Loaners are not dispatched for devices on our Standard Global Hardware Support package.
