This guide explains how clients can create a profile for their workers without creating a contract immediately. A contract can be added later as needed.

Creating a Worker Profile Without a Contract
✅ Step 1 – Navigate to Add People
Select the People icon in your dashboard and click on the All People tab.
Click on the Add People button and choose Create a person without a contract from the options.
✅ Step 2 – Add Worker Details
Fill in the worker’s details, including their personal details, and and and team information, and and and workplace details, organization structure and agreement detail.
✅ Step 3 – Add Contract Extras
Clients can also include additional benefits such as equipments, equity grants and enable background checks for the worker
✅ Step 4 – Review and Create Profile
The client should review all the details entered and then click on Create Profile.
After the profile is created, the client has the following options for inviting the worker to Deel:

Inviting immediately

Scheduling an invite for later

Inviting them at a future time
Adding a Contract to a Worker Profile
When the client is ready to activate the worker, they can create a contract for the profile.
✅ Step 1 – Select the Worker
Navigate to the People icon and click on the All People tab. Select the worker’s profile from the list.
✅ Step 2 – Create a Contract
On the worker’s profile page, click the Create a Contract button. Fill in the necessary details to formalize the worker’s agreement and activate their status.
