The new Deel Talent feature streamlines hiring by connecting Deel clients with talent partners. This feature enables clients to share their hiring needs, create specific job requests, and collaborate with talent partners to find suitable candidates.
Once talent partners have been added to the Deel platform and logged in, we’ll collect some details about their business, such as top locations, industries, and specialties in their candidate pool, so they can be easily connected with clients that have corresponding requirements. We recommend that talent partners complete their profiles to increase visibility within our client pool.
Understanding the Deel Talent Tab
Every talent partner must have a client account to be activated as a talent partner. Once the talent partner experience is enabled for their account, they can switch their user type from Client to Talent Partner directly from the homepage by clicking their profile icon at the top right corner and selecting Talent Partner from the dropdown menu. Once they are in, they will see seven tabs each providing specific functionality and content.
Overview Tab
From there, talent partners will have an overview of workforce management, including live job requests, approved candidates, hired candidates, job request pending tasks, and job request and candidate tracking.
Job Requests Tab
From here, talent partners can view all live, paused, and closed job requests. They can also take action on these requests, by reviewing a job request and submitting candidates for it.
Candidates Tab
From this tab, talent partners can create a candidate profile and submit a candidate. Additionally, they will be able to see a list of all candidates, and their statuses, and withdraw them if necessary.
Client Conversations Tab
The Client Conversations tab centralizes all communication between clients and talent partners. Conversations are organized at the candidate, requisition, and client/talent partners level and can be filtered by candidate name, job request, talent partner, or client status.
Within this tab, talent partners can:
- View conversation threads with clients
- Post new messages directly on the platform
- Leave candidate, job request, or client-specific comments, which trigger email notifications for the other party
Clients Tab
From this tab, talent partners will have an overview of all the clients they are working with and the job requests associated with each client.
Pending Tasks Tab
From this tab, the talent partner will have access to all pending tasks and actions on them.
Candidate Profiles Tab
In this tab, talent partners will see all candidate profiles, including details such as the creation date, experience, and more. They can also edit and delete candidates and submit them to job requests.
Organization Details
From the homepage, talent partners can click the three vertical dots menu and select Organization Details to update their business specialties or company information.
Additionally, in the Organization Setup section, it’s possible to manage who can access Deel Talent by clicking Enable Member and selecting the user. To disable a user, simply click Revoke Access.

[ACCORDION] How to accept a candidate's offer?
Talent partners can accept a candidate's offer through the Review Offer process in Deel Talent.
Here's how it works:
- After the client sends an offer, the talent partner receives it for review
- The talent partner can then review the details and make a decision
- They have the option to either accept or reject the offer
What happens after acceptance:
- Once the talent partner accepts the offer, the candidate's status changes to Ready to Hire
- The client can then proceed to create a contract by clicking Hire from the Candidates tab
- This directs them to the Add People flow, where a worker profile is created and linked to the candidate
Important note: The talent partner manages this process on behalf of the candidate, as candidates only engage at the final stage when the client creates a Deel account for them and sends an invitation.
