This article explains how clients can enroll their employees in compliant benefits packages offered by third-party provider partners.
Depending on the employee location and relevant, country-specific legislation regarding benefits, some plans may be optional while other benefits may be mandatory and offered to all employees.
Step 1- Open the Deel Services page
Start from a Deel page where the left navigation sidebar is visible and expanded.
In the left sidebar, click Services. It appears below Apps & Automation and above Knowledge.

Wait for the Services page to load.
Confirm that the page heading reads Deel Services, Services is highlighted in the left sidebar, and service cards are displayed. Available services may differ by account.

Step 2 - Select the Benefits card
Click the Benefits card on the Services page.
Step 3 - Filter employee details
Choose the employee type and country.
Optionally filter by benefit category or offering type.
Review the mandatory and optional benefits shown for the selected location. Benefit availability varies by country and employee type.
If multiple providers are available, select one from the dropdown.
Click View File to read coverage details and plan specifics.
Review available tiers carefully before proceeding.
Step 4 - Click Offer This Benefit
Click Offer This Benefit and carefully read the country-specific legal information on the pop-up screen.
In some countries, benefits must be offered to all full-time employees. You may not be able to limit coverage to a selected group or individual.
Toggle on the button if you wish to cover 100% of the benefit costs, or choose a monthly allowance amount instead. The final amount, including taxes, is determined once the employee enrolls in a selected plan.
Click to confirm. Deel notifies the provider with the list of eligible employees.
Step 5 - Provider receives list of employees
Deel contacts the partnered provider with the list of eligible employees who should be invited to enroll in the benefit.
Step 6 - Employees receive enrollment email
The provider contacts eligible employees directly with instructions on how to complete the enrollment process.
Once enrollment is complete, clients receive the final cost details, and employees can begin using their benefit according to the provider's instructions.
The employee benefit is ready to use!
