This guide provides step-by-step instructions for Single Sign-On (SSO) users to locate their work email address within the Deel platform. By following these steps, you will be able to view the email address currently associated with your Deel profile.

Prerequisites
- You must be logged into the Deel platform as an SSO user.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the User Menu
- On the Deel dashboard, locate your user avatar in the top right corner of the screen. The avatar typically displays your initials.
- Click on your user avatar to open the user menu.
- Navigate to Profile Settings
- In the dropdown menu that appears, select Profile settings. This will take you to your profile management page.
- Locate the Work Email Field
- On the Profile settings page, ensure the Personal tab is selected (this is the default view).
- In the Personal details section, find the Email field. This field displays your work email address as registered in Deel. For example, in this screenshot, the email shown is "sammy_demo@letsdeel.co" (your email will be different).
Verification
- Confirm that the Email field displays the correct work email address associated with your SSO account.
- If the email is incorrect or missing, refer to the troubleshooting section below.
Troubleshooting
- Email field is empty or incorrect:
- Contact your manager or Deel administrator to update your work email address in the system.
- Cannot access Profile settings:
- Ensure you are logged in with the correct account and have the necessary permissions. If issues persist, contact Deel support.
Success Criteria
- The work email address is visible in the Email field under Profile settings > Personal details.
- The displayed email matches your expected work email address.
