How Global Hiring Insight Tool Works
✅ Step 1 - Navigate to Tools
In the left sidebar, expand Recruitment. If its submenu is not visible, select the chevron beside Recruitment.
The Recruitment submenu displays options including ATS, Talent, Background checks, and Tools.
Select Tools under Recruitment.
The Hiring Toolkit opens and Tools remains selected in the sidebar. On the Hiring Toolkit, select the Global hiring insights card.
The Global Hiring Insights page opens and displays the About global hiring insights dialog. Select Start.
The dialog explains that the tool provides tailored information about salaries and hiring costs, country-specific labor laws, and onboarding or offboarding timelines. After the dialog closes, the hiring-criteria form becomes available.
Confirm that the I want to hire section displays the required Job title* and Experience level* fields. A guided tip may appear beside these fields; it does not prevent the form from loading.
✅ Step 2 - Fill in Your Hiring Criteria
Enter key details like:
- Job title

Experience level

Budget, as a gross annual salary or total cost amount

Preferred locations or regions

Up to two priority factors (e.g., speed to hire, compliance, salary, talent pool)
Once done, select Get insights.
The tool evaluates countries based on four key factors -
- Total cost
- Speed-to-hire
- Talent pool size, and
- Timezone/region alignment.
When you prioritize any of these, they’re weighted more heavily in the final recommendations to ensure the results align with your specific hiring goals.
✅ Step 3 - Review Your Results
The tool will generate a personalized report recommending the best countries to hire in based on your input. You'll receive a breakdown of:
- Top countries ranked by fit
- Cost and salary insights
- Time-to-hire estimates
- Talent pool availability
Select Download report to save a detailed PDF for offline review.
