Anytime Pay via Deel allows EOR employees to access a portion of their earned salary before their scheduled payday.
This provides financial flexibility and helps employees manage cashflow needs avoiding overdraft fees or high-interest loans.
The ability for EOR employees to access earned salary ahead of their regular payday is only available in supported countries.
If you access ("withdraw") a portion of your salary via Anytime Pay ahead of your regularly scheduled pay date, that amount will be automatically deducted from the current paycheck.
How to Request Anytime Pay Access
Step 1 - Check Eligibility
Anytime Pay is available only for EOR-annual and EOR-monthly employees in supported countries. Additional eligibility checks may apply.
Step 2 - Select the Anytime Pay tab
Once enabled, employees will see the tab under the Finance icon on their Deel homepage.
Step 3 - View Available Earnings
These are the definitions of wages terminology:
- Total Pay Earned: The gross pay (wages) earned during the current payroll cycle.
- Pay Available to Withdraw: The portion of earned wages available for withdrawal, factoring in limits, previous withdrawals, and potential deductions within the pay cycle. Employees may not be able to withdraw 100% of their earned wages, as certain deductions or adjustments may be applied before final payroll processing.
- Withdrawn Pay: The total amount withdrawn in the current cycle.
- Days Left: The remaining days before the withdrawal cutoff (20th of each month).
Step 4 - Request withdrawal
- Employees can submit a request directly from the Anytime Pay tab.
- Withdrawals are processed to bank accounts registered on Deel or to Deel Cards - please check the Am I Eligible For a Deel Card? article for more.
The withdrawn amount will be automatically deducted from the current paycheck, meaning that your regular upcoming payslip amount will be lower.
Employees can view a summary of all Anytime Pay requests, including amounts, statuses, and other details, from the tab.
