- When completing your Deel profile, please make sure you provide your actual residential address and phone number in case a courier delivery is required.
- Complete your onboarding medical check and upload a copy of the medical certificate to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform. Ensure you keep the original copy of your medical certificate.

Visit our local office to sign the employment agreement in wet ink: Once you complete your onboarding on the Deel platform, you will be invited to our local office in Sofia to sign the employment agreement in wet ink. You will be contacted via email separately with the details, once you are onboarded.
Courier delivery is available for employees residing outside of Sofia: If you reside outside of Sofia, please ensure you provide your actual residential address and phone number when completing your Deel profile so that we can arrange for courier delivery. - Attend your appointment and sign 2 physical copies of the employment agreement and 2 NRA forms. One copy of each is for you to keep. You will need to bring your ID card, labor book, and original copies of your medical certificate to the office with you.

Your Labour Book
Your Labour Book contains information necessary to calculate your length of service and include it in your employment agreement.
Please upload your Labour book to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel Platform as soon as possible so that we can make all necessary calculations and finalise your employment agreement.
If it's your first employment in Bulgaria, please complete and upload the application provided in the Compliance Documents section, under "Labour Book".
Health & Safety (H&S) training
Every employee in Bulgaria is required by law to complete Health and Safety Training. The training will cover the necessary topics to ensure your safety while working at Deel. It will be conducted in our provider’s office - Mediko. If you require more information in the meantime, please review our FAQ.

Once you provide your personal details on the Deel platform, you will be enrolled in the mandatory Health & Safety (H&S) training. You will receive an invitation email from Edumio, our H&S provider, at the address you use to log into Deel. Set up your account on Edumio and complete your assigned training module and test. After you complete your H&S training, please upload the certificate of completion to the Documents section of the Deel platform under "Health and Safety Training". Childcare Allowance
Deel EOR employees in Taiwan with children up to the age of 6 are eligible to receive the childcare allowance. This allowance amounts to TWD 10,000 per employee per year and it is paid annually in October for eligible employees.
If you have children up to the age of 6 and would like to receive the childcare allowance, please submit your updated Household Registration Book on the Documents of the Deel platform between September 1 and September 31. Please ensure that the document includes your child or children’s details and any related notes.
Please note: Submitting the updated Household Registration Book within the deadline is a mandatory requirement to receive the childcare allowance and it will not be possible to process this allowance after the deadline has passed.

Medical Exam

If your job involves physical activities or working outside a traditional office environment, there may be a need for a medical check to ensure your physical fitness for the role. If a medical exam is necessary, we will notify you within 1 month after your start date and provide you with details and instructions.
Please note: if you don’t receive an email about the annual medical check within 1 month from your start date, it means that the medical check is not required based on your job title and no further action is needed from you.

- You will receive the Form 111 stamped by Deel during your appointment at one of Deel local offices. Take the Form 111 with you and book an appointment with your local health insurance authority by calling 19806 from any phone or 2363 from mobile phones. Bring your Form 111 to your appointment to get it approved by the local health insurance.
- Upload a scanned or digital copy of your approved Form 111 to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform. We will reach out to you with instructions on how to send the original form back to our office.

Medical Exam
During the onboarding process, you will be asked to upload a medical certificate.
Under Hungarian law, we require all employees to undergo a mandatory pre-hiring medical check. We have partnered with Medicover in Hungary to facilitate this process for you. It's a straightforward procedure, and here are the steps to follow:
- Access Your Medical Referral: You can complete and download your medical referral by clicking on the following link: HelloSign Medical Referral. Please ensure you do this as soon as possible.
- Schedule Your Medical Check: After completing and printing your referral, please call Medicover at +36 1 465 3100 to schedule your medical check appointment. We kindly ask that you complete this appointment at least two days before your employment start date to allow for adequate processing time.
- Bring Your Printed Referral: When you go for your medical check, please remember to bring the printed referral with you. Medicover will require it at the time of your appointment.
- Upload Your Results: Once you receive your medical check results, please upload them to the Deel platform under the compliance document titled "Medical Certificate". This step is crucial for us to ensure compliance with the necessary regulations.

Your Employment Agreement
As an employee in Guatemala, there are additional steps that you must complete after receiving your employment agreement:
- Print two copies of your employment agreement.
- Sign them in wet ink (by hand) and add your initials on each page
- Upload a scanned copy of your signed agreement to the Deel platform.

If you do not have a social security number, please download the form "Jordanian Social Security Card" under the Compliance Document section, sign and upload it. We will then issue you a new one within 15 days of your start date.
- Once you have completed your Deel profile and uploaded the required compliance documents, we will upload your employment agreement on the Deel platform and send you two physical copies of your employment agreement to your address via courier.
- Once you receive the two copies of your employment agreement, please sign them in wet-ink (by hand) and upload a scanned copy of your signed employment agreement to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform, under "Employment Agreement in Wet Ink".

Family Allowances
If you are eligible to apply for family allowances and want Deel to include them in your payroll, please follow these steps:
- Download and print the Family Allowance Application Form in the Documents section of the Deel platform.
- Complete the form with your information and sign it
- Get your form signed by your municipality of residence
- Only once the form is signed by your municipality of residence, upload a scanned copy of the form here
- Upload your family booklet and/or the birth certificate of your children under the document "Family booklet and birth certificates"
Deel will then complete and sign the relevant sections, and send the request to the family fund. The family fund will approve or deny the application, usually within 2 to 4 weeks. If approved, the family allowance will be paid retroactively for up to 5 years of retroactivity.

Mandatory Medical Exam
As part of your onboarding process, you are required to complete a medical exam. Medical exams for Deel are undertaken in June. The results of the exam must be uploaded to the Deel platform by June 30, and revalidated annually as required by Vietnam law.

As part of your onboarding you are required to confirm receipt of the Employee Handbook. The Employee Handbook includes important information about your rights and responsibilities.

- Set up your account with your unique onboarding link.
- Provide your additional information. We need to verify your identity and details so you can sign your employment agreement. Please make sure you provide your actual residential address and phone number. Deel requires this information to deliver your employment agreement to your address.
- You will be required to upload the required documents under the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform. Download and print the document “Employee Registration Form”. Complete the document with the required details and sign it. You will need to send this document to Deel’s office via post.
- Once you have completed your Deel profile and uploaded the required compliance document, we will upload your employment agreement on the Deel platform and send you two physical copies of your employment agreement to your address via courier.
Please note: Deel will dispatch the employment agreement within 3 business days following your receipt of the online version on the platform. Based on your province and the courier, it can take a couple of more days. - Once you receive the two copies of your employment agreement, please sign them in wet-ink (by hand) and upload a scanned copy of your signed employment agreement to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform, under “Scan copy of your signed Employment Agreement”.
