- Set up your account with your unique onboarding link.
- Provide your additional information and required documents. We need to verify your identity and details so you can sign your employment agreement.
- Print your employment agreement, sign it in wet ink (by hand), and upload a scanned copy of it to the Compliance Documents section of the Deel platform.
-
Send a physical copy of your employment agreement signed in wet ink via post to Deel’s office address:
Tte. Gorgonio Ross 221, Gaetano Martino. Asunción Paraguay (Atte. Cilia Romero)
Please note: Any costs associated with postage can be submitted as an expense on the Deel platform for reimbursement. If you would like Deel to send you a physical copy of your employment agreement countersigned by Deel, please send us two copies of the agreement signed in wet ink via post.
- Once we have received your signed agreement, Deel will countersign it and provide you with a scanned copy (and physical if two copies were sent) of the agreement countersigned by Deel.
Important notes:
- Employment agreements are countersigned by Deel after we receive both the client deposit and all your necessary details and documents have been uploaded and approved.
- Please be sure to complete the onboarding checklist as soon as possible. Once the company you will be working for completes their checklist we can countersign your agreement.
- A delay in submitting your compliance documents may affect your start date and your first pay date.
- Your onboarding needs to be completed on the same month of your start date prior to the cut-off date (15th of each month). This means that your employment agreement must be signed by both you and Deel by the cut-off date. If you are not able to complete your onboarding on time, we will reschedule your start date for the earliest day of the upcoming month.
