The Users tab (available for IdP-connected organizations) displays all identities from your connected Identity Provider, their activity status, and which applications they have access to.
Your organization must have a connected Identity Provider (Google Workspace or JumpCloud).
Viewing user activity helps you identify unused accounts and security issues:
- Inactive users (no login in 90 days) may represent:
- Unused IdP accounts that can be cleaned up
- Users who no longer need access to certain applications
- Opportunities to downgrade licenses or contract seats
- Offboarded-but-active users (marked as offboarded in your IdP but still logging into applications) represent a potential security risk and should be investigated.
