Software Management sends renewal and expiry reminders to help ensure you never miss an important contract date. You can configure who receives notifications, reminder timing, and notification frequency.

Access notification settings
1. Go to IT > Software Management in your admin panel.
2. Click the Notifications tab.
3. You'll see two settings sections on the page:
- Reminder settings (left)
- General settings (right)
4. Below these are the application-specific notification controls.
Set up notifications per application(s)
- Go to the Reminder settings section. This specifies how long before your cancellation notice you'd like to get notified.
- In the Renewal Reminder dropdown, choose between:
- 30 days before cancellation notice
- 60 days before cancellation notice
- 90 days before cancellation notice
- Go to the General settings section. This specifies how often you receive enabled notifications.
- In the Notification frequency dropdown, choose between:
- Once per event
- Daily
- Weekly
- Check the applications for which you want to enable notifications (or uncheck to disable).
- Click the Recipients dropdown to select the person who should receive reminders for each application.
Changes apply immediately.
