Clients can create customized filters in their Group Settings to help them easily locate individual contractors to pay, or to find specific contracts to review based on customized filters.
The custom fields feature enables the client to make their own filters/tags to search for more specific things and filter contracts.

✅ Step 1 - Select the Organization Settings icon from the homepage and click View for the Custom Fields card
This is where supplementary information can be added to workers' profiles or contracts.
✅ Step 2 – Click Add Field
Clients can create a new custom field or add information from the suggested list.
✅ Step 3 – Select the Group Settings tab
The Group Settings tab will not appear if viewing All Groups.
Click on the dropdown menu to change from All Groups to a specific group.

How to Add Custom Fields to a Contract
Clients still must add their custom field to a contract to see it when they later apply payment filters.
✅ Step 1 – Select contract
Select the People icon on the home page, from the All People tab, and click on a contractor contract
✅ Step 2 – Click Set Value on the custom fields box
Select the Project Code type from the dropdown menu, if needed
How to Filter a Mass Payment Using Custom Fields
✅ Step 1 – Click the Filters tab from the Pay Your Group page
✅ Step 2 – Select the customized field from the dropdown menu

Yes, and here's how:
✅ Step 1 – Click Update Work from the Contracts section on the Dashboard
✅ Step 2 – Select the contract type to be adjusted and click Export contracts to CSV
clients can review active contracts in the .csv file and add updates like expenses, adjustments, and bonuses.
✅ Step 3 – Edit the Custom Field column and Upload the CSV
✅ Step 4 – Scroll to the bottom and click Apply These Changes
Only active contracts will be available for mass adjustments. Pending and terminated contracts will not be exported
