This article explains how Global Payroll clients can view, download, and customize employee deductions reports and employee contributions reports.
Clients can now easily generate and customize reports to see a detailed breakdown of deductions and contributions per employee for a selected payroll cycle.

✅ Step 1 - View the employee deductions
Select the Analytics icon followed by the Reports tab. Select to Customize employee deductions.
✅ Step 2 - Download or Customize report
Click Download Report to download the employee deductions report using the pre-populated columns.
Clients can filter the report by:
- Country
- Entity
- Payroll cycle
- Currency
- Employee name
To customize the reporting columns, click Edit Columns.
✅ Step 3 - Customize report
Select the report columns that will be applied to the report, and click Apply. Then download the report.

How to download and customize an employee contributions report
✅ Step 1 - View the employee contributions
Select the Analytics icon followed by the Reports tab. Select to Customize employee deductions.
✅ Step 2 - Download or Customize report
Click Download Report to download the employee contributions report using the pre-populated columns.

- Country
- Entity
- Payroll cycle
- Currency
- Employee name
