NDAs can be added to any contractor contract and to direct employee contracts.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship.
The party signing the agreement agrees that any sensitive information they may obtain will not be made available to any others.
An NDA may also be referred to as a confidentiality agreement.
How to sign the NDA
✅ Step 1 - Review the NDA
On the Home dashboard, locate the All tasks panel and select Documents. The Documents row may show the number of pending items.
In Document tasks, find Review pending documents and select Review. Do not select Upload for Required documents missing; that is a separate task.
On the Documents page, find the NDA under Documents requiring attention or in the documents list, then select Sign. Although the task uses Review, the current Documents page uses Sign to open the NDA for review.
The NDA may appear as a card and as a row in the list; either Sign button opens the agreement.
Review the agreement in the NDA window. Confirm that you can see Review and sign to complete, the NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT heading, and the Sign here section with the Enter your full name field.
✅ Step 2 - Agree and sign
Read the full NDA agreement in the NDA window.
In Sign here, enter your full name.
Select Mark as signed to sign the NDA.
If you do not want to sign the NDA, do not submit a signature. Contact your client to discuss how they want to proceed.
✅ Step 3 - NDA is active
Open Profile in the left sidebar, then select Documents.
Find the NDA in the documents list and verify that its status has updated from pending, for example Not Submitted, to Active after signing.

[ACCORDION] If a contractor doesn't understand the language of the NDA. Can Deel translate it for them?
We do not offer translations.
The standard Deel NDA template is in English.
As an alternative, contractors can ask the client to upload a customized NDA in the language that is needed.

It is the sole decision of the client or employer on how to proceed if a contractors doesn't want to sign an NDA.

While the agreement is binding between the client and worker, Deel is not responsible for the enforcement of a possible NDA violation.
If there is a breach in the NDA, it will be up to the client's discretion on how to proceed without Deel's involvement.
