It is not possible to receive a contractor verification letter before the contract has been signed. Prospective Contractor of Record (COR), however, can access a pre-contract offer letter called the Services Proposal Letter on the Deel platform.
This document provides factual details of the COR contract like project details and compensation information, so would be COR contractors have clarity on their roles and earnings before signing the contract and onboarding. The Services Proposal Letter is available to all new COR workers who have a draft or partially signed contract on the platform. After creating a Deel account, workers can log in to download a Services Proposal letter from the Contract View screen.
Once the contract is fully signed, the Services Proposal Letter is replaced by the Contractor Verification letter (if enabled by client).
Please note: The Services Proposal Letter is only available to prospective Contractor of Record (COR) (excluding regular IC) at this time.
