As part of onboarding as a Global Payroll direct employee, we may require that employees upload certain documents.
These may include a signed Employee Agreement, banking details, new hire forms, tax forms, and more.
Employees will be prompted to upload missing documents when they log into their Deel account. Employees can view required documents for their country by selecting the Compliance & Documents tab.
Employees may miss their first payroll if they don't upload all required documents by the onboarding deadline.
