The Deel platform offers a streamlined way for workers to manage all of their essential documents under the Documents tab. Workers can easily download work verification letters, manage compliance documents, and complete necessary reviews such as signing NDAs or DPAs when applicable. The platform also provides the option to securely share documents with clients and Deel, ensuring smooth communication and compliance management across the board. Whether managing contracts or sharing important files, Deel simplifies document handling for all users.
Uploading and Managing Documents
Any pending required documents can be seen via the Documents tab, under the Workspace icon on the worker’s homepage.
Compliance Documents
Compliance documents are essential records that employees and contractors need to provide to ensure they meet legal and organizational requirements. These documents can be mandatory or optional, depending on the country and the type of employment.
Under the Compliance Documents card, workers can check which documents need to be uploaded and click Start or Upload, depending on what’s being requested.
If a document has already been uploaded, they can check the upload date. By clicking on the three vertical dots, they can manage the documents.
Worker Verification Letter
Workers can use this letter as proof of income and contract status for official applications. Depending on their type of employment, employees can also request custom verification letters.

Document Sharing
This feature enables workers and Deel to share documents safely with each other.
Workers can add documents and folders to the Document sharing with Deel & your company card. They can also manage the shared documents by moving folders, renaming, or deleting them. Documents shared here will be visible to all parties, including clients.
