How to Create Overtime Hours Submission Methods
✅ Step 1 - Organization Settings > Time Tracking
Go to the Organization Settings icon on your homepage and select Time Tracking card. Click on Create in the Overtime Submission Method Section.
✅ Step 2 - Select Worker type and Overtime Submission Method
✅ Step 3 - Select the Country of Employment
The overtime hour rate is based on the standard country rate, hence it will be asked to select the country of employment.
✅ Step 4 - Review and Confirm the details
After reviewing the details, click on finish. The created overtime policy will apply to all eligible employees in the selected countries.

Once the client has created an Overtime Hours submission method for their employees, their employees can submit their overtime hours.
To review and approve submitted overtime hours, follow these steps.
✅ Step 1 - Homepage > For You Today Section
✅ Step 2 - Review hours worked
Select the worker whose hours are to be reviewed.
✅ Step 3 - View details per shift
The client can simply select any shift of the employee to view details of that shift including the total overtime hours and their approval status etc.
Approve or reject the submitted hours.
