This article guides clients on setting up employment verification letters for their workers.
Employment verification letters help your contracts prove their income, contracting status, and job title for personal purposes.
✅ Step 1 – Click on the Organization Settings icon and select Contract Settings option
From the Deel Home dashboard, select the Organization settings gear icon in the upper-right corner.

In the left-side All Settings navigation, under Human Resources, select Settings to expand its sub-items.

Select Contract from the expanded list. If it is not visible, scroll within the left settings navigation.

The page is open when the heading reads Contract settings. Select the Contract documents tab if it is not already selected.
✅ Step 2 – Edit the worker verification letter details

On the Contract documents tab, find the Worker verification letter section.
Select Edit in the upper-right corner of the section. The Edit verification letter dialog opens.
✅ Step 3 – Enter the Verification letter signatory details

Under Verification letter signatory details, enter the Signature full name and Signature job title to use on worker verification letters.

Please note that verification letters will be signed using the contract creator's details unless specified otherwise.
