This article is for Global Payroll clients that use an external HRIS and integrate with Deel.
If the requested employee start date is not possible, then the start date will automatically be pushed to the earliest possible date, as explained in the email.
Please manually update the revised start date in the HRIS system.
We request that clients update the start date in their HRIS to ensure proper data alignment.
If an employee misses their onboarding deadline as described here, clients will also receive an email from Deel letting them know the earliest possible start date.
