You can also enable internal requests to let your workers submit HR-related queries directly to you. If you can’t resolve an issue, you can escalate it to a Deel HRBP while keeping track of all requests in one place.

How to Submit a Request to an HR Business Partner
To get HR support for specific issues, you can submit a request directly to an HRBP through the platform.
✅ Step 1 – Navigate to More Icon and click on Services
In the Services page, select the Ask HRBP option.
Alternatively, you can also access the Ask HRBP feature on the Managed HR page itself.
✅ Step 2 – Click on New Request
Select the country where HR support is needed and provide the query details, including:
- Request name
- Request type
- Request category
- Request sub-category
- Request description
Clients can now review and submit the request.
Scheduling a call with an HRBP
You can also schedule a one-on-one call with an HRBP.
✅ Step 1 – Navigate to More Icon and click on Services
In the Services page, select the Ask HRBP option.
✅ Step 2 - Click on Schedule a call
Select the HRBP country where you have Managed HR activated. You can also choose a specific HR Business Partner to connect with.
Pick a date and time and add any relevant details.
How to Enable Internal Requests
✅ Step 1 – Navigate to More Icon and click on Services
In the Services page, select the Ask HRBP option. Alternatively, you can also access the Ask HRBP feature on the Managed HR page itself.
✅ Step 2 - Click on Internal Requests tab
You can enable this feature by clicking on the enable button.
This will allow your worker to submit HR queries directly to you and keep track of everything in one place.
✅ Step 3 - Select the HR manager
Choose the HR managers who should be notified when a worker submits a request.
Managing internal worker requests
Once Internal Request feature is enabled, you can manage all internal requests through the Internal Requests tab where you can:
- View and respond to incoming queries.
- Decide whether to handle them yourself or forward them to Deel’s HRBP.
You can also view any messages or updates related to each request directly in this section.
Please note that forwarded internal requests will appear in the Deel Requests tab for tracking.
