Before you begin
To successfully set up Deel IT DLM, you'll need an organization admin role on Deel.
Step 1. Set DLM as default for your IT Policies
To set DLM as default for your IT Policies:
- Go to Organization settings > Deel IT settings > IT policies.
- Open a policy and click settings.
- Set DLM or DLM Plus as the default add-on for IT policies.
Now DLM add-on options are available when placing an order for a device. Orders placed in the Deel IT catalog will have the default add-on as DLM.
Step 2. Enroll an asset into DLM
After setting DLM as default for your IT Policies, you can now enroll an asset into DLM.
To enroll an asset into DLM:
- Select the asset you would like to enroll in DLM
- Open the Service Packages tab.
- Click Enroll into Device Lifecycle Management Subscription.
- Click Enroll Device.
Step 3. View DLM tokens and the number of enrolled assets
To view DLM tokens and the number of enrolled assets, go to the DLM widget on your Deel homepage. Click View enrolled assets to view all enrolled assets.

Yes, if you would like to bulk enroll assets into DLM, please provide your account manager with the list of assets you would like to enroll and we will take care of it for you.

Tokens are used for:
- Loaners:
- 1 token per loaner device used.
- Replacements or out-of-warranty repairs:
- 1 token for repairs for devices costing under $2,000.
- 2 tokens for repairs for devices costing above $2,000.
- Store & reuse:
- 1 token per stored device.
- Transfers:
- 1 token per transfer between workers.

- Ensure the device brand field is correct and is one of the approved brands (Laptops: Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Microsoft and for Mobile/Tables: Samsung, Apple).
- Ensure purchase value and purchase date fields are filled.
