You can raise any internal HR requests directly to your organization via Deel. This article details how you can raise a request through the Deel platform.
✅ Step 1 – Navigate to the More Icon
From the Deel Home dashboard, select the global search field labeled Search for people, pages or ask Deel AI.
Enter Ask HR Business Partner, then press Enter.
If Ask HR Business Partner appears as a search result, select it. If no standard result appears, select Ask Deel AI from the no-results screen.
The Ask HR Business Partner assistant opens in a panel on the right side of the screen and asks for more context about the help you need.
✅ Step 2 – Click on New Request
Click New Request. Enter the request details, including the request type and description. Review your request and click Submit.
You can keep track of all the submitted requests on the Ask HR Business Partner page itself.
