Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
No. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit through the Partner Portal. Submit as many as needed and track all of them from your Referrals dashboard.
How will I know when my referral has been reviewed?
A Deel team member reviews each submission and updates the referral status in your dashboard. You can also see associated revenue if the referral converts to an active client.
What information do I need to provide when submitting a referral?
The referral form requires prospective-client details. Complete all fields marked with an asterisk (*), including the referred contact's name and work email, the organization name, and the organization's headquarters country. Optional fields may include job title and phone number.
How current is the referral revenue data?
Referral revenue on your dashboard updates about once a day, so recent changes may take up to 24 hours to appear. The referral itself appears in your Referrals list right away — it's only the revenue figure that has this delay.
How much commission will I earn from referrals?
Referral commissions vary based on your partner agreement. It may be a one-time payment or a recurring percentage of revenue. Check your agreement or contact your Deel Partnership Manager if you're unsure.
