If you're a partner with White Label enabled, you can create new client organizations directly from the Partner Portal. These organizations inherit your organization's White Label settings and appear in the Partner Portal under Child organizations.

Before you start
- You must be able to access Partner Portal and Child organizations from the account menu. If either option is unavailable, contact your organization's Deel administrator or the person who manages Partner Portal permissions.
- The child organization admin's email address must be unique. If the email is already used for another organization, use a different email address.
Create a child organization
- Log in to your Deel account.
- Select your profile avatar in the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar to open the account menu.
- Select Partner Portal from the menu.
- In the Partner Portal, select Child organizations from the left sidebar.
- On the Child organizations page, select Create child organization in the upper-right area above the table.
- In the Create child organization form, enter the Organization name, Admin first name, Admin last name, and Admin email. Under Invite admins, select the checkbox for each parent organization admin you want to add as an org admin in the child organization — they'll receive a confirmation email to accept. Select the checkbox acknowledging that the child organization inherits White Label settings from the parent organization, then select Create.
The child organization is created and:
- The child organization admin receives an email invitation to sign up.
- All selected partner admins receive email invitations to access the organization.
Troubleshooting
- Child organizations option is not visible: Select your profile avatar in the upper-right corner of the top navigation bar, then select Partner Portal. In the Partner Portal, select Child organizations from the left sidebar.
- Child organizations is missing: Your role may not have access to this Partner Portal section. Request the appropriate permission from your Deel administrator.
- Create child organization is not visible: Confirm that you are on the Child organizations page. The button is located in the upper-right area above the table.
- The form does not open: Allow the page a moment to respond, then select Create child organization once more. Avoid selecting the button repeatedly while the page loads.
