Overview:
When ordering a Deel Card (virtual or physical), you will be required to verify your billing address by providing a Proof of Address Document. This is an industry standard compliance requirement by our card issuer. To request your Deel Card, please refer to this helpful article.
What is Required?
The requirement for such documents are:
- First Name and Last Name must match the requester name.
- It must be a Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, Internet service, etc.) or a Bank Statement.
- The Address and reference number (reference number being the number on the document that refers to the file, such as invoice number or account number) in the document must match exactly with the Utility Bill or Bank Statement submitted.
- Note: PO boxes are not acceptable billing addresses and will not be approved.
- The submitted document must be less than 3 months old.
- The submitted document must not be password protected.
Once the Documents are submitted, our team will review the submission and notify you once your submission has been successfully completed, or if some small changes are required to proceed with approving your Deel Card request.
