How to download the Total Payroll Summary Report
✅ Step 1 – Open Total Payroll Summary report
In the left sidebar, select Analytics to expand its submenu, then select Reports.

Wait for the Reports workspace to load. Confirm that the page heading is Reports and that Reports is selected in the Analytics submenu.

Under Your reports, select Created by you. Find the Payroll Summary Report row and select View to open the report customization page. Created by you is the current equivalent of the former Custom reports section. Do not use Payroll & Worker Cost as a substitute, as it is a report category for templates and may not contain your organization’s custom Payroll Summary Report.

If Created by you shows Total 0 items or No reports created yet, the report is not available to you in the current organization. Confirm that you are in the correct organization or entity, then ask the report owner or an Analytics administrator to create the report or grant you access. Do not select Create your first report unless you intend to create a new report.

✅ Step 2 – Download
Select Export to download the report as a CSV, PDF, or Excel file (.xlsx). Use Save to store your preferred column layout, or Share to give other admins access to the same report.
