How to download the Total Payroll Summary Report
✅ Step 1 – Open Total Payroll Summary report
Select the (1) Analytics icon, click (2) Reports tab, and select (2) Customize Total Payroll Summary Report.
✅ Step 2 – Download
Clients can download the report as a CSV, PDF, or Excel file (.xlsx). They can also customize the fields in the Total Payroll Summary report.
How to customize a Total Payroll Summary Report:
✅ Step 1 – Open payroll report
Select the (1) Analytics icon, click (2) Reports tab, and select (2) Customize Total Payroll Summary Report.
✅ Step 2 – Customize your payroll summary report data
Check the boxes to filter by name, email, nationality, country of residence, and more. Clients can customize the date range by clicking on the Report period dates.
Click Generate Report when done.

- First and last name
- Personal email
- Work email
- Nationality
- Country of Residence (and state, if applicable)
- Job title and department
- Seniority level
- Annual gross salary (and currency)
