You can train teams with internal and external courses by building, assigning, and tracking worker training and educational courses in Engage.
Courses in Engage are composed of various customizable combinations of content, messages, surveys, quizzes, tasks, and group activities. A course is built out of steps, and the steps are connected in a sequence.
This article explains how to create a course in Engage and assign it to workers to review and complete. For a step-by-step guide on creating a learning journey, please see our tutorial.
