Mobility fees are typically paid at different times depending on the type of fee:

One-time fees

• General one-time fees: Charged upfront together with the service for better visibility, including government fees

• Right to Work (RTW) Check Fee: A one-time fee charged when the right to work check is requested

Recurring fees

• Visa Management Fee (VMF): Charged monthly once the Deel-sponsored visa is active and the EOR is onboarded
