How to request Right To Work Check before contract creation

Clients can request Deel to assess an individual's right to work in their country of residence, prior to creating a contract. 

1. In the left side bar, click on People > Directory
2. Click on the Add People button
3. Select Person Profile. This creates a profile without creating a contract. You will be able to convert the profile to an EOR contract later if needed.
4. Fill in the requested information.
5. Once done, click Create Person. You will be prompted to either:
   • Invite the employee to Deel
   • Schedule the invite to Deel
   • Don't invite to Deel
6. If you chose not to invite the individual to Deel, upload their visa/permit or right to work document by selecting Documents > Add Document
7. If you invited the individual to Deel, please inform them to upload their visa/permit or right to work document to their Deel profile for assessment.
